As a B2B type of business, the processing concerns all customers and suppliers of our company and their business contacts

Name and surname, Id number, social security or insurance number, mail address, signature, phone number, email address.

Special categories of data: health-related data (time off sick info, work accident and disability, diagnostic evaluation not included), union affiliation payments info, union representative info, proof of attendance.

Personal characteristics data: gender, civil status, nationality, age, date and place of birth. Family data: dates of discharge, permissions, authorizations.

Academic and professional data: academic degrees, training and work experience. Ability and aptitude.

Attendance and presence control data: date/time in/out, excuses of absence.

Financial data: economic payroll info, loans, guarantees, tax deductions, seizure orders. Bank account info.

Our company will keep processing personal data as long as it is required to accomplish with the purpose they were collected for and to determine the derived responsibilities of the processing. Files and documentation regulations will apply.

All financial activity information will be kept in accordance to Spanish Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.

What measures have been implemented to ensure data protection?

A set of both technical and organizational measures concerning all these personal data have been implemented in order to ensure accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, taken into account all assessed risks. These measures have been conveniently documented for internal use.

What are your rights in relation to your personal data?

The data subject has the right to contact TER AS PORTUGAL to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, access to the personal data and receive information about processing, rectify or cancel the data if, among other circumstances, the information is no longer necessary for its original purpose. Any data subject can also withdraw the consent at any time, request a restriction of processing or transmit the personal data to a designed third party, or even object to processing. Finally, the company hereby informs about the right to escalate a claim to Spanish Agencia de Protección de Datos.
